Calls come from public dispatch feeds, which only list what's open right now. NonaScope saves them as they appear, so history builds up over time; earlier days were backfilled from public archives. Some calls are withheld or have no address and appear without a map pin.
Your home is used to show distances and flag calls within ½ mile. It's saved only in this browser and is never stored on the server; the address is looked up once through the US Census geocoder.
